Ky is a Boston based fitness instructor with 6 years of experience teaching multiple formats of movement around New England. She is more than capable of guiding you after receiving her 200 YTT certification in Bali, Indonesia, barre certification, mat and reformer Pilates certification as well as her aerial yoga certification.
Ky’s style of teaching consists of diverse transitions, carefully curated flows that offer variations that keep all students satisfied in her class. Her goal is to hold space for all students to feel successful on their fitness journey.
